EuGen promotes non-formal training pathways addressed to adults, with particular attention to young adults outside formal education pathways and to people with fewer opportunities. Our programmes are designed to strengthen transversal, digital and civic competences, fostering European awareness, active participation and personal growth. We believe in lifelong learning as a tool for social inclusion and individual development.
Training activities are designed to be accessible, flexible and inclusive. Courses are delivered online or in blended format, enabling participation across the entire national territory and ensuring access also for participants with diverse linguistic backgrounds. Through interactive workshops, peer exchange and European mobility experiences, we offer a concrete and participatory learning experience that connects theory and practice and strengthens the sense of belonging to the European community. We collaborate with local and European partners to design high-quality training pathways aligned with Erasmus+ priorities on inclusion, digital transformation and democratic participation.
