For more than ten years, through the mobility and traineeship programmes developed by EuGen and the EU4EU network, we have been working with hundreds of companies and host organisations across Europe. This continuous dialogue with the world of work has allowed us not only to closely observe which competences facilitate young people’s entry into professional environments, but also to understand how these are evolving in an increasingly dynamic and complex context.
Today, in a scenario where technological transformations — including artificial intelligence — are reshaping the way we work and acquire new skills, it is no longer sufficient to acquire knowledge: what matters is the ability to use it consciously in real contexts.
This training offer for young professionals is rooted in that experience.
The training pathways are designed together with companies, universities and professionals from the EU4EU network and focus on strengthening competences that are increasingly relevant today: European project design, project management, conscious use of artificial intelligence, transversal and soft skills. Through a practical, participatory approach based on real-life situations, these courses support students and young professionals in making a more informed and effective transition into the world of work.
