
Debora Penco is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with over twenty years of experience in HR consulting, training and the development of transversal skills in education and work contexts.
Throughout her professional career, she has supported companies, organisations and individuals in strengthening communication, relational skills and stress management, adopting a people-centred and wellbeing-oriented approach. She designs and delivers training programmes on effective communication, teamwork, management skills and soft skills development, alongside individual coaching activities, including graphology-based analysis, and selection and assessment processes. She also has experience in designing company surveys, delivering workplace safety training and developing e-learning pathways focused on transversal skills.
Her main areas of interest include the study of stress, eustress and resilience—key themes also addressed in the EuGen course—with particular attention to emotional and digital workload management and the construction of sustainable professional relationships. Within the training pathway, she provides participants with psychological insights and practical tools to enhance self-awareness, improve the quality of professional interactions and develop effective strategies to navigate the challenges of today’s working environments. Luca Brizzi is a technology expert and trainer with over thirty years of experience in ICT, UAV systems and applied Artificial Intelligence, with a strong focus on the practical use of emerging technologies in real working contexts.
A serial entrepreneur and R&D manager, he has founded and led several high-tech companies, combining advanced technical expertise with a solid understanding of operational processes and organisational needs. He is recognised for his expertise in Generative Artificial Intelligence and delivers applied training activities for companies, public bodies and educational institutions, supporting professionals, teachers and students in integrating AI tools into everyday work. His training approach is strongly hands-on and focuses on document analysis, content creation, data organisation, automation and the critical evaluation of AI outputs. He has also delivered AI courses in upper secondary education, including at the Pertini Institute in Alatri, working with both teachers and students.
Luca Brizzi is a Tutor of the Master’s Degree in GeoAI at Roma Tre University, the first second-level Master’s programme in Italy dedicated to Artificial Intelligence applied to Geographic Information Systems. With over twenty years of teaching experience in GIS and applied technologies, more than 500 learners trained, and long-standing collaborations with universities, research centres and industry partners, he combines advanced technical knowledge with an accessible and practice-oriented teaching style. His work focuses on supporting individuals and organisations in using Artificial Intelligence effectively, responsibly and with immediate impact on everyday professional practices. Michele Barghini is a Brussels-based project manager with over twenty years of experience in European project design, EU-funded project management and the development of transnational partnerships.
He currently works as Project Manager at the European Network of Comics Representatives and Entrepreneurs (ENCRE) and operates as an independent consultant supporting universities, public bodies, third-sector organisations and European networks. Throughout his career, he has managed the full lifecycle of EU-funded projects – from needs analysis and proposal writing to operational management, monitoring and dissemination – gaining solid experience in programmes such as Erasmus+ and Creative Europe.
His professional background includes work with universities, research centres, European networks and the European Parliament, providing him with an in-depth understanding of EU policies and institutional mechanisms. His education combines humanities, European project design and project management. In the course, he offers a structured, practical and accessible approach to European project design, with a strong focus on project quality, impact and European Union values. The course is suitable both for those approaching EU projects for the first time and for those wishing to strengthen their operational skills. Enrico Totani is a work and organisational wellbeing psychologist with solid experience in training and transversal skills development.
He works as an HR consultant and trainer at Elidea, supporting individuals and organisations in professional growth processes and performance improvement. Throughout his career, he has designed and delivered training programmes on communication, teamwork, managerial skills, career guidance and workplace safety, integrating assessment tools, tests and questionnaires to foster structured and conscious competence development.
He adopts a dynamic and experiential methodological approach, based on active learning methods and the use of gamification to make learning concrete, engaging and application-oriented. Each intervention is tailored to the specific context, with the aim of generating measurable impact on individual behaviours and organisational dynamics.
