09 Feb EuGen: skills and work
EuGen launches a new training area: skills, work and European pathways
After eleven years of activity at European level, working closely with university students, young professionals and companies, we are launching a new area dedicated to training, shaped by a deep awareness of the gaps and challenges that often hinder access to the labour market and professional development.
Over the years, we have worked with tens of thousands of students and hundreds of European companies and institutions, coordinating and supporting thousands of traineeships and mobility pathways. This day-to-day experience has enabled us to build solid, hands-on know-how, grounded in real needs, concrete contexts and practical cases.
Building on this experience, a structured, clear and practice-oriented training offer has taken shape, designed and delivered in collaboration with the professionals and companies within the network we have developed over time. The aim is to strengthen employability and support transition pathways towards work across Europe, with a constant focus on inclusion and equal opportunities.
Three key areas, one practical approach
The new training pathways focus on three strategic areas:
- Transversal skills, to approach the world of work with greater awareness, strengthening communication, professional relationships, stress management and the ability to value one’s personal and professional journey;
- Effective use of Artificial Intelligence, through a concrete and operational approach, to integrate AI tools into study and work processes in a critical, responsible and effective way;
- European project design, to understand EU funding mechanisms, develop coherent project ideas and strengthen the skills needed to operate in European and international contexts.
The courses are designed to be accessible, practical and immediately applicable, including for those approaching these topics for the first time, and are based on real cases, hands-on exercises and opportunities for discussion and peer exchange.
Trainers with hands-on experience
The training pathways are delivered by professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields – European project design and EU policies, applied artificial intelligence, work and organisational psychology, and skills development – ensuring a strong connection between training content, operational realities and ongoing transformations in the European labour market.
With this new activity, we reinforce our commitment to connecting education, skills and work, contributing to the development of high-quality training pathways aligned with European values and capable of generating a real impact on people’s professional journeys.
