Communication, professional relationships, stress management and personal branding
A 12-hour training course designed in collaboration with Elidea to support young people and young adults in developing the key transversal skills needed to enter and thrive in the world of work.
The course addresses essential topics such as effective communication, teamwork, stress and digital overload management, and the ability to present one’s personal and professional journey in a clear, confident and credible way.
Through practical activities, exercises and real-life examples, participants gain tools that can be immediately applied in study, traineeship and work contexts.
The course aims to guide participants in developing essential soft skills to build and strengthen their professional profile, supporting a more aware and sustainable transition into the labour market.

The course uses an interactive and experiential methodology, combining short theoretical inputs with practical exercises, guided discussions and group work. Content is consistently linked to real-life situations, encouraging peer exchange and reflection on participants’ personal experiences.
The course consists of 4 modules of 3 hours each.

Every Monday, from 4 pm to 7 pm
Delivery mode
Online, live sessions with interactive moments and open Q&A with the trainer.

Italian. Real-time captioning with automatic multilingual subtitles is available to support participants’ comprehension.

In line with the principles of inclusion and equal opportunities promoted by the Erasmus+ Programme, a one-off additional contribution of €250 is available as a discount on the course fee for students and recent graduates who are in a documented situation of economic disadvantage.
The contribution is granted until the available funds are exhausted and in accordance with the objective criteria outlined below.
Participants considered to have fewer opportunities for economic reasons are those belonging to a household with income or asset indicators below the thresholds established by national legislation or by the relevant national criteria in the country of residence.
This support does not apply to other categories of fewer opportunities (such as disability, health conditions, migrant background, or other situations not directly related to economic circumstances).
