Francesca Romana Zotta founded EuGen in February 2015  in Rome, which has since represented as President. For 6 years she worked at the Migration Office of the Italian National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI). She has developed experience in the planning, management and dissemination of projects founded in the EU with social impact, working for Cittalia in Rome and with European Projects Association in Brussels. She has a degree in Law with specialization in European policies on human rights, and a postgraduate Master degree in Migration studies. She has experience in the planning and management of European projects, in public policies for the reception and integration of migrants in the EU, in the management of International University Consortia for student mobility and in the management of youth exchanges for the integration of young migrants.

Andrea Fontana A graduate in Political Science and International Relations at the Sapienza University of Rome, he is specialized in the management of European projects. In the last five years he has worked as a tutor in a local project for the inclusion of the Roma community and has collaborated in the implementation of several projects under Erasmus +. Today he works as a Project Officer at EuGen.
