08 Gen Next step after traineeship selections

Trainees selected within”European Universities for EU projects” and “Universities for EU projects” for the 2018 will send the Learning Agreement to their Host Organization to get it filled it in and signed before the mobility.
The document might be slightly different according to each University of origin so Host Organizations will work on the version each trainee will send them.
Host and trainees will agree on the exact dates of traineeship, tasks and learning outcomes.
The document will have to be approved and signed by the University tutor of the students.
All students will have the insurance already.
