Training Course | European Project Design

EU funding programmes, project cycle management and impact

Course objectives

A 12-hour online training course designed to introduce European project design in a clear, practical and accessible way.

The programme provides an overview of European Union funding programmes and the core project design tools, with particular attention to EU cross-cutting priorities, the analysis of real case studies, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in project development.

Participants work on concrete examples and operational tools, developing skills that can be immediately applied in professional and organisational contexts.
